Gwyneth Paltrow’s Bikini Season Secrets

Gywneth Paltrow graced the cover of SELF magazine May issue and talked about how she’s found herself in the best shape of her life, even after having two kids!


A long time Tracey Anderson fan, Gwyneth has stuck to a strict fitness routine of 45 minutes of cardio five days a week, as well as 45 minutes of muscular structure work, which is toning, lengthening and realigning.


If Gwyneth goes overboard with indulging in food she’ll up her workout to two hours to help shed the extra calories.


One of her least favorite body parts has always been her butt, however Gwyneth says Tracey helped her transform her “square”, flat butt into a little booty!


Exercise is not what it’s all about for Gwyneth keeping her body in check – she likes to make sure she snacks on healthy foods all day, like raw almonds, raisins and coconut water. One of Gwyneth’s favorite drinks is kale, lemon juice, water, Vitamix and a little agave (yum!).
