Beyoncé talked with Allure magazine about her favorite perfumes, the one she’s been wearing for years, what scent she likes on a man, and when she likes to wear perfume.
With her new fragrance, Heat Rush, Beyoncé sure knows a thing or two about perfume. Heat Rush is the summery version to her original fragrance, Heat – which Beyoncé says she’s been wearing for years and refuses to wear any other fragrance other than her own.
Beyoncé doesn’t just save her perfume for special occasions – she spritzes it on as soon as she jumps out of the shower, and refreshes her scent at the gym, on a date, or anytime throughout the day.
When it comes to her man’s scent, Beyoncé says she likes something subtle, that can only be smelled up close, “…he doesn’t have to walk into an elevator and it’s like ‘Oh God, that man has too much cologne on’”, says Beyoncé.
Beyoncé dropped some clues as to what her next fragrance might smell like – she revealed her other favorite scents are baby powder and vanilla – Mmmmmm!
