Katie Holmes is a big risk taker when it comes to fashion. With her own clothing line and being the new face of Ann Taylor’s 2011 Spring Collection – Katie knows a thing or two about fashion do’s and dont’s. Here are some of Katie’s favorite tips:
Do borrow from your friends. Katie says she raids friend’s closets and becomes inspired by their looks.Do dress for weather, dress light in hot weather (duh!)Don’t give in to trends – trends come and go and they don’t work for everyone.Do wear things that are comfortable – try to wear things that look great and feel great most of the time.Do ask friends and family their opinionDo dress for your body type. Katie says she has a narrow waist so she likes to focus on that.
